We ordered from here through Door Dash so don't have any details on the service or atmosphere but our food was amazing! We ordered the spider roll, alaska roll, Texas roll and a chefs special nigirie. It was all fresh tasting, beautiful presentation even as a take out order. It was a great treat to be able to do this from home and still have a restaurant worthy food experience. I would totally order from here again and look forward to checking out their location.
We ordered 4 different rolls, along with beef fried rice, fried pork gyoza, edamame, and miso soup. All of the food was delicious! The sushi was fresh, the gyoza was extra crispy, the dillinger sauce was flavorful. The salad, has a cream dressing that is not a ginger based dressing. The beef was tender and the fried rice had a mix of lima beans, peas, carrots, and green beans. Overall delicious meal.
This one feels like an upgraded teriyaki eatery. Not to the level of a good Japanese restaurant.
First of all, food wasn’t bad. The bento box was decent. The bibimbap was ok too. But the miso soup was a joke. We’ve never seen so plain miso soup. It was basically hot water with a bit miso. No tofu, no green onions. Well, to be fair, it was free. So you get what you pay for 😳.
We did not understand why they had chairs stacked on top of the counter. It feels like a part of the restaurant was out of business.
We arrived around 5pm for early dinner. They were not busy. But the service definitely lacked the traditional Japanese spirit. It was not courteous. And they serviced us the bill far before we finished our meal. It didn’t make us feel good.
Each time I have come the food is gorgeously plated, the sushi presented as a beautiful collage of colors, each piece delicately crafted and placed with precision. Each roll a balance of sweet and savory, crunchy and tender. On one occasion, in lieu of a birthday cake, I ordered mango sushi as desert and was bestowed a candle.
The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff and chef are incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend eating here!
Great little sushi spot. The staff was friendly and the rolls were super tasty. We will for sure be going back for more!
The service and food are fantastic. My son and I had the western and mango roll. Both were delicious. The restaurant seems to be separate into sections making it easy to keep a group together. Many kid friendly options.
We love this place. Fresh fish, great service and easy to get to. Double D, Baja California,, Rainbow and Volcano rolls are our favorites. We tried the Mango California tonight ... a nice sweet/savory option.
My new favorite sushi place in Olympia! I went with my family and no one was disappointed with any aspect of their food. My mom has celiacs disease, and our server kindly worked with her to find some food she could eat, which is more than can be said of a lot of other restaurants. The salmon was really good and soft on our volcano roll, and the tonkatsu I got was quite nice. Not too expensive for a sushi place either. The atmosphere was clean and inviting with some nice decor, though it didn't particularly wow me, not that that's really necessary. If you're looking for a good sit down place (or takeout- I saw a few people doing takeout), I'd recommend here. will be returning again for sure.
